MILQUE Photographers Josh Kelly & Nat Lynn got together and decided to do a few fashion wedding inspiration shoots around Brisbane, Queensland. We had an incredible team of talented people in the industry all come together and will be sharing the entire shoot with you very soon.

Every Second couple I meet to talk about photographing their wedding tells me that thier not very photogenic.

I think most of them say this to me because they look at our photographs and everyone looks AMAZING. But thats not just because of  good genetics.

We have been photographing Models and actors in the Fashion and Advertising Industry for 10 years and before (and during)  that our photogrpaher Nat Lynn also worked as an international model for 12 years.

So we have spent alot of years in a career where our job is to make everyone look incredible behind the lens.

Whether its through  positioning, camera angles, retouching and just working with the subject  allowing them to be themselves.  We bring all these elements together to create the best photos someone has ever seen of themselves.

But there is one element that we cant control and thats where you come in.

You can have all these elements above but if you dont have this last one than there will always be something missing in the photograph.

So here is that final secret to look incredible in every photo.

Its a secret that has been passed on form model to model, actor to actor but Im sure they try and hide it from the rest of us.

It sounds so simple but for alot of people it takes a bit of work.

OK…….. here it is.

A photograph does not only capture what you look like on the outside. It captures what you are thinking about form the inside.

 Dont ask me why, but it does!

So when you are standing at a bar laughing with your friends and out of the corner of your eye you see a camera pointing at your face whats the first thing you think about?

Im guessing “Oh NO! theres that camera again, I knew they were goind to point it at me, Im going to look terrible!

Then, you stop having fun with your friends you look awkwardly at the camera and ………… CLICK …… guess what you look like.

The secret that models, actors and anyone who takes good photos knows is that if you see a camera and you think Im looking great Im feeling great Im with my friends, Im having a great time …. CLICK…….

Then look at the photograph.

 I can tell you, you would be a lot happier with the image.

So spread the word, not only to your friends getting married but Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and your future husband.

Carly & Lukes Wedding was picturesque.  All the photos were taken at Maleny Manor from the moment the bride got ready, though the ceremony and reception. It makes a day so much more relaxed when it is all in the same place and it also sets a beautiful consistant theme in the photos throughout the entire day.

There was a relaxed romantic feel throughout the entire day and I think the photos really do just speak for themselves.
